Raspberry leaf: Has antispasmodic action; relieves cramps and tones colon muscles.

Directions

Severe constipation: 2 capsules 3 times daily; store below 25°C.
Mild constipation: 2 capsules at night; increase or decrease dosage as needed.
Colon detox: 2 capsules at night for approx. 2 weeks.
Take Colon Support with meals; be sure to drink plenty of water, as flushing out your colon may leave you feeling dehydrated.
If you experience cramping or diarrhoea, reduce dosage or use in combination with IBS Formula.

Owesome product, effectively is restoring my gut, no more stool stagnation, bloating, it will have to be my life long partner product. Loving it????

I have IBS and this product unfortunately didn't work for me. Each time I took it, I got a terrible headache. You have to drink a lot of water for it to work, so taking it at night means I wake up a lot to go to the bathroom. It helped a bit with my constipation but didn't help with bloating, in fact, I felt that it made me even more bloated.

Since my husband was hospitalized for 2 weeks with acute diverticulitis he's been taking these supplements. So far, so good. No flare-ups and as regular as clockwork.

Use this product in combination with Paraherb, Hepatic support and IBS. Works very well. Digestion is better, feel better, and generally you see and feel the difference after about 2 weeks of taking the combination.

I started taking these for IBS just over a week ago. And now, I can feel it easing all the pesky IBS symptoms, and I have hope that O've finally found the magic bullet. For those whol gave poor reviews, so give it tome to kick in, and push the fluids.
