Baobab Fruit Extract – a natural prebiotic which is also packed with anti-oxidants
Inulin & Lactic Acid – prebiotics which deliver a food source to the good microbes, assisting them to colonise over the pathogenic ones
Almond Oil – mild, hypoallergenic oil that is excellent for a baby’s skin
Lactobacillus Ferment – the probiotic additive in the product that will protect the skin from pathogenic microbes but also assisting in the production of good microbes
Fragrance free– no fragrances or essential oils have been added to the product to ensure it is suitable to the most sensitive skin
pH balanced – pH is balanced at the same as skin to ensure the skin is not stripped of natural oils and the microbiome is not disrupted

You need to be careful when applying this stuff, if you let it sit for even a second it becomes hard to spread and leaves a white residue which will have your child looking like the ghost of Christmas past. It gave both my kids a rash. Still sitting with the tub. Use it for emergencies. I'd still recommend it though because maybe I misunderstood how it's supposed to work or what skin conditions it's good for. Can't blame the product for human error.

I agree with a lot of the other reviews that the cream does not spread too well but its benefits far outweigh its cons. fantastic hand cream for the office when I do not have time to sit with greasy hands

Purchased for my son who gets eczema but it did not help. Agree with other reviews that it does not have a great texture nor spread and it does not leave the skin moisturised.

This stuff is amazing!! All my kids suffered from eczema, I’ve tried everything with the last resort always being the doctors and extra strength cortisone. This is the first cream that has worked as well as cortisone. Within 3 days, applied once a day, any red inflamed skin is healing. Wish I had before and after photos. Nice texture, not greasy nor thick and pasty like some expensive creams.

Mmm..it's ok, smells bleh and sort of sits on the skin and feels weird, I've found it a good combo with the wash if little one has a rash or sensitive skin but wish it was thicker, used as a bum cream when I was low but I still have the tub and won't buy it again, love everything else though!!
