Directions 

• To fill: open the ziplock at the bottom of the pouch and fill ¾ full using a spoon or funnel. Clean the ziplock, and close while squeezing the air out of the pouch
• To clean: wash with warm, soapy water and a bottle brush before first use and after every other use, or pop into the dishwasher
• Each pouch can be used 50+ times
• Pouches hold the equivalent of an individual pot of yoghurt
