Directions:

• Shake bottle before use.
• Adults and children 1 year and older use 4 sprays per day or as directed by your healthcare provider.

• If you have calcification of the arteries that supply your heart with blood (coronary heart disease) and you are scheduled to receive a stent (angioplasty), please inform your cardiologist that you are taking a health supplement containing vitamin B12.
• If combined with other health supplements containing folic acid and vitamin B6, you may have a higher risk of developing occlusion of the stent following placement.
• The combination of vitamin B12 (20 µg daily) and vitamin B6 (80 mg daily) has been associated with the development of a skin rash (called rosacea fulminans) that may present with intense redness of the skin accompanied by nodules (small lumps), pimples, and small blisters containing pus. 
• If a rash occurs, stop taking it and immediately report to your treating doctor.
