I used it 3 nights on the row as night cream and I woke up with less popping pimples, unfortunately I couldn't get use to the smell so I stop It works better for other body parts. Will try jojoba next time

If you can stand the smell then yes! Works fast on drying pimples and preventing them from turning into big angry inflamed hotspots!

This gel has worked for my aunt from the get-go...much better than the products they sell in the pharmacies. Her piles is so much better now since she has been using this gel.

i have used this product on all sorts of skin irritations and found it to be highly effective. The immediate smell is not great but it dissipates within seconds as it gets to work - really not an issue.

From the other reviews, it seems that most people seem to use the product to treat facial spots, pimples, etc. I had hoped it would assist in healing eczema but I think it is not very effective and also a bit greasy, but otherwise quite gentle on the skin.
