- Can be used in a diffuser or mixed with a carrier oil as a massage oil
- Ylang Ylang oil has an intoxicating floral aroma and also has a euphoric and sedative effect on the nervous system and helps with anxiety, tension, shock, fear and panic. It balances the secretion of sebum and has a stimulating effect on the scalp which promotes more luxurious hair growth
- Rose Geranium oil is known to lift the spirit, relieve anxiety and is useful in treating PMS and menopausal problems. It has a balancing effect on the skin and can be used on all skin types including oily and problematic skin
- Vetiver oil has a calming and soothing effect on the nervous system and is helpful for muscular aches and pains, as well as having a positive effect on hormonal imbalances as well as relieving insomnia. Its grounding nature makes Vetiver a valuable oil for relieving anxiety and depression
- Lavender oil has calming and relaxing properties that promote peaceful sleep and ease feelings of tension. It also helps with nervous conditions, is useful for the digestive system, the respiratory tract and skin problems, and helps with muscular aches and pains, arthritis and rheumatism
Directions
- Mix 2-5 drops with a carrier oil and use in massage therapy
- Place a few drops into your ultrasonic diffuser or diffuser pendant

I use a few drops in my bath and inhale the scent which is quite mild but clearly seems to work as I feel calm and relaxed afterwards.
It has a subtle scent so the oil does get finished quite fast other than that the scent is nice not my favourite
I love the Oco blends, this is the third of their blends that I've bought! This particular blend is great for my diffuser at night.
Absolutely love this oil, I use it in my bath and it smells really great!
