Directions:

This is something to get used and it doesn't take long. A subtle, pleasant minty flavour. Teeth seem whiter. My teeth do however feel clean throughout the day which is a plus. Not sure that I will buy it again, will see when I get to the end of it. Only two weeks in now.
It has quite a sharp salty-ish taste. I don't think everyone would be into that - after using toothpaste all their lives.
Just enough salty, just enough minty, just enough charcoal. Leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh.
