Recipe for “Beauty Blast” NutriBlast:
Ingredients:

• 2 handfuls Swiss chard
• ½ cup pineapple
• ½ cup strawberries
• 1Tbsp goji berries
• 12 cashew nuts

Method:

• Place all ingredients in your NutriBullet.
• Fill to the max line with spring water.
• Extract & enjoy!

Directions

Extraction:

• Fill your NutriBullet tall cup or short cup with 50% leafy greens & 50% fresh fruit or veg.
• Top with a handful of seeds or nuts.
• Add enough water, almond milk or coconut milk to cover the ingredients; you can fill the cup up to the max line.
• Twist on the extractor blade.
• Place the cup onto the power base. Press down & twist to lock the motor on.
• Extract until your NutriBlast drink has a smooth & creamy consistency.
• Serve, sip & enjoy!

Milling:

• Fill your NutriBullet short cup with oats, nuts or seeds.
• Twist on the milling blade.
• Place the cup onto the power base. Press down & twist to lock the motor on.
• Mill your ingredients until you have the consistency you want.

• NutriBullet cups & lids are dishwasher safe (top rack only).
• The NutriBullet motor base & blades are NOT dishwasher safe.
• The NutriBullet is NOT suitable for the microwave.
• Hand wash the NutriBullet blades with warm soapy water. Do not attempt to remove the gasket ring.
• The NutriBullet is NOT suitable for use as an ice crusher. Use frozen fruit or chilled liquids to make an icy-cold NutriBlast.
