It is very soothing on my stomach and I'm not nearly as bloated as I was. It tastes okay too, a licorice taste.
I was struggling with gut issues and started with this product. It really seems to help although I am following other guidelines to assist too. Lovely flavour if you love liquorice!!
Appeared to be developing an ulcer... using this and a probiotic and the pain in stomach is going away.
