½tsp Nielsen-Massey Pure Lemon Extract = 1Tbsp fresh lemon juice or 1tsp lemon zest
Recipe for Lemon Herb Sauce:
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup fresh parsley, loosely packed
- ¾ cup fresh basil, loosely packed
- ½ cup fresh chives
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1-1½Tbsp Nielsen-Massey Pure Lemon Extract
- ½tsp salt
- ½tsp freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender, or use an immersion blender; blend on low for 30-60 seconds. The mixture should be chunky. Serve over hot vegetables.
