Yes, so worth it. I'd been using a D3 oral spray, but this little tablet is super easy to swallow and doesn't have the sugar content if the spray I was using. Really love that this bottle is a year's supply, good quality value for money.
D3 and K2 must be taken together to work out. The bottle is small and the tablets are small. You get 4000 IU D3 and 100 mcg/ug K2. Based on several books such as Real Food for Pregnancy by Lily Nichols, women need to supplement this important vitamin D3. Women during pre conception and post conception should take this product.
What an awesome price for a years supply. Not too sure yet if its working as only just started with them. They are tiny tablets. Hoping for an excellent result.
A very affordable supplement (one bottle being an entire year supply) and tiny, easy to swallow tablets too. Having discovered how important K2 is for artery health, I intend using this for many years to come.
I had a lot of pain in my joints, after taking the tablet for a week now the pain is not so severe anymore.
