I'm disappointed with the strength if the B Vitamins. I took 1 per day as directed for a week, and felt tired, no energy. This week I'm taking 2 per day and I feel good, the way I feel when taking my previous brand of vitamin B Co
What I like about this combo, its a natural supplement and the strength and size of the table.
It give me energy and aids my focus. I'm 70 yrs old.
I don't particularly like the orange taste and quite often I have to take more than one pill a day. I don't think it has enough vitamins in this.
At fist I found 1 tablet per day not enough. I'm happy with the energy I get from 2 per day, and it still works out at a good price.
It would be even better if it was a sustained release product.
Has all the essential B's. Good value for money.
