Why we love it

These handy liners protect the nappy from becoming heavily soiled. They help to act as a 2-way barrier between the baby's skin and the wet nappy. Urine passes through but the solids are held by the liner.

Description

This can then be flushed in the toilet. (It is safe to flush into septic tanks.) The full biodegrading process takes approximately 30 days. There are instructions on the pack to prevent blockages in older drainage systems. The liner is composed of mostly wood pulp and a binder (ethylene vinyiacetate).

Ingredients

Wood pulp, ethylene vinyiacetate

Compared to other disposable liners on the market, these are definitely the best ones I have found and my preferred ones :-)
I love these nappy liners because they are thicker than other brands and hold solids better to prevent spooling of cloth nappies. However, the manufacturer could adjust the size so that they fit the cloth nappy better. I cut them to 34cm X 14cm and they fit much better
These liners use to be amazing. However, they have recently been changed. The new versions barely even make it to the end of one wet nappy without disintegrating. No chance for rewashing like the old ones.
I have been a user of these liners for 5 years with my youngest two children. I am so disappointed in the new shape and feel #128557; they disintegrate on the bum or with the first attempt at washing them. A runny poo or too much wee and they also break. The thinner shape means they don come close to catching all the poop. I will have to try another brand as at the R130 price I relied on being able to reuse- my old ones I could wash indefinitely, sometimes the same 20 could last me weeks!
These are great! I fold them to fit the nappy but they can also be cut in half for small babies. If we flush them one at a time, they don't clog the drain.
