I take the Metagenics Zinc as an immune booster and to promote gut health. I love this brand, and it's very effective. The packaging is overly large but other than that a great product.

My whole family is on zinc when the viruses hit us last month and I truly believe it helps fight them. I love this products as the kids can easily manage the small white pills. A great must for any illness.

I was quite surprised about the size of the plastic container. It was only half full and not necessary at all. Not recommendable relating to environment protection.
