It is a a product covering a broad spectrum of necessary suppliments which I have used for several years with great succes. One criticism is that this product taking it in the morning before breakfast does make me feel nauseas and burns in my upper stomach. The minute I eat it settles down.

This product contains betaine which increases your stomach acid (which is a good thing) . Take it mid meal so you don’t get that stomach burning feeling.

Brilliant quality vitamin, since taking this product it has helped clear my skin up, a side effect of insulin resistance. Love the whole range

This product is so good at helping you regulate the speed of your gut, which has great benefits for your microbiome, digestion and even mental health.
