Directions:

For the first week, take 1 scoop in a glass of water or juice.
From the second week, take 2 scoops in a glass of water every morning.
It is ideal for taking in the morning, on an empty stomach 1 - 2 hours before your first meal but can also be taken with your morning coffee or a smoothie.

I am loving the new version of Klean Powder! This one definitely helped me so much with bloating / indigestion and IBS.. The added Psyllium Husk makes me regular and the MCT Powder gives me so much energy!
