The samples are enough to do 2 crops in each jar so that you can get started right away and gauge the amount of seeds necessary to fill the jar with sprouts.
The sample seeds which could be included are alfalfa, mung, fenugreek, canola, brown lentils, chickpeas, green peas, Black urad and soybean. There is one sample pack per jar.
