Very high quality product. It is the best self-care/ self-love tool that I have ever purchased. I use it almost everyday and I can honestly see the change, not just physically but emotionally as well. I feel like every woman should get one of these.
Absolutely love this. I can see a difference in my face after using it and it’s such a beautiful self care routine. I really look forward to it. I was a bit disappointed that the metal on the roller was gold instead of the pretty silver in the picture but it’s still beautiful.
While some of the gua sha benefits may be overstated, I got mine to relieve TMJ tension/pain and it’s been a game-changer. It’s easier to release trigger points than using the hands. It’s a relaxing process and I always feel 10x better afterwards.
