Directions:

• Split pods lengthwise & scrape seeds out. Add it to baking, ice cream & desserts.
• Add to milk, cream or maple syrup to increase flavour.
• Place in sugar jars to make vanilla-scented sugar.
• Drop open pods in vodka, bourbon, brandy or rum for vanilla-tasting alcohol.
• Infuse in sea salt, vinegar or oils & add to savoury dishes.
• Dry out beans & grind into vanilla powder.

Care Instructions:

• Store pods in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight or heat.
• Do not store in refrigerator or freezer.
• Product may develop small vanillin crystals. This is a sign of high quality, not to be confused with mould.
