Only use very little.... each time! Had to learn that the hard way. After a long parasite cleanse, etc. I moved the entire household to organic toothpaste and tried this mouthwash in the same time. It is very good, all 5 of us a using it now. Not only keeps breath fresh but keeps bacteria away. I also combine it with propolis against gingivitis or heavy candida in the mouth if necessary.

Love that this month wash is cruelty free. A little bit goes a long way although the taste does take getting used to

So much better that any store bought mouthwash. Though a bit expensive a little goes a long way. I am converted for life!
