Directions:

• Heat the oven to 200°C and prepare a baking tray.
• In a bowl, whisk together 2 Large Eggs, 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil and 1 cup of Milk.
• Add the Pizza Base premix and mix until well combined. Leave the mixture to rest for 10 minutes.
• Split the mixture in half and pat out onto the baking tray to desired thickness. Brush with olive oil.
• Bake for 10-15 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
• Remove from the oven. Add your favourite toppings and return to the oven. Grill until the toppings begin to brown, then serve.
