With all the wonderful ingredients, I thought this might be the answer to a good nights sleep, but unfortunately not. So at that price and from my personal experience I could not recommend this to a friend.
I like the herbal ingredients in the sleeping capsules mixed with the CBD, it’s helped me get a restful sleep I’m happy with this product
First 2 nights didnt really make much of a difference.
Started feeling the benefits on night 3
I am 1 week in, and havent had such good sleeps for years
I struggle to sleep because I have such a busy mind, but ive been using the sleeping capsules for almost a month now and im sleeping so well, I dont wake up at night and feel well rested in the morning
Had high hopes due to impressive ingredient list, but didn't work for me. Possibly helped me get off to sleep a bit easier than usual, but I would still wake up in the middle of the night and struggle to get back off to sleep again.
