Valerian is a mild natural sedative that eases anxiety and improves sleep quality.

This gel was a game changer in our lives! We went from completely sleepless nights to baby only waking up once during the night and going right back to sleep after having a bottle. The smell definitely takes some getting used to but we’ve been using it for 3 weeks now and results are consistent. Happy te to recommend.

Unfortunately my son dislikes the smell of this gel so much that he refuses for me to use it. It is also a very strange colour between green and purple and a little off putting. I also can say that when I do manage to get it on that he falls asleep quicker or sleeps better...

Not sure if it does anything but it is nice to use it to massage little feet before bedtime... The smell is not so great for me...

After countless sleepless nights, we tried this and my daughter slept through the night. The smell takes some getting used to, but works well.

Kyk ook na geleidelike "sleep training". Ons het 2 en 'n half jaar gelede ons eerste buis bestel. (ons dogtertjie is nou 3) Dit verrig nie wonderwerke nie. Dit gaan nie 'n baba/peuter laat deurslaap nie, MAAR dit maak 'n kleintjie rustiger. Dit ruik vreemd, maar mens raak als gewoond. Ons smeer dit aan haar nek en die binnekant van haar polse. Ons noem dit doedoe-salf. Sterkte, mens - vasbyt!! / In the first place if you're here reading this review I think that you need my sympathy: I'm so sorry for you with a little one who has difficulty sleeping. It feels like the worst thing in the world and that you are quite alone. (you aren't - there are Lots of us... The walking dead :-) We bought our first tube about two and a half years ago and we still use it on our daughter who is now 3. Unfortunately this isn't a magic bullet it won't get a determined little one to sleep or keep them sleeping through the night, but it will keep your child more calm throughout the process. We apply it to our daughter's neck and wrists. It smells strange but one gets used to anything. Best of luck. Hang in there!
