Medi Mushrooms capsules are made using the fruiting body (cap & stalk) of the mushroom, which contain high concentrations of beta-glucans and are best extracted using hot water. Beta-glucans, which are responsible for the immune-supporting benefits of mushrooms, are hot water soluble, and this extraction method makes them highly bioavailable. As a result, the beta-glucans are more readily able to be absorbed and utilised by the body. 

Medi Mushrooms are vegan, Kosher, and Halaal and contain no synthetic preservatives, artificial colours, or flavours. 

Directions:

• Adults & children over 12 years: Start with 1 capsule and work up to 2 capsules, twice a day.
• Children 6-12 years: Start with ½ capsule per day, increasing 1 capsule twice a day.
