Directions:

Use mouthwash after brushing, and flossing.
Shake well before use.
Swish vigorously with 1 capful 2-3 times a day for at least 60 seconds.

Fantastic product. Great Taste. Using it with the Lumineux whitening tootpaste and could see a difference in my tooth color within 2 days. First product that actually made my tooth color whiter and brighter. Highly recommended. Up to now no problem with sensitivity.

I was able to use this product for only 3 days as it burnt my mouth so badly that I got a lot of sores inside my mouth. Not sure if I used it incorrectly, but did as the direction said, but could only use it for 15 seconds as I couldn't take the burn. Sorry guys, but this didn't work for me.

I like that it does not leave my mouth dry like other mouthwashes. Not too sure about the whitening claim though, I guess time will tell.

I was nervous to spend so much on the set of strips, toothpaste and mouthwash in case it didn't work. But, I took the leap and am very happy I did! I'm super impressed because I'm only on my second day and can already see a difference. I'm excited to see the results after 14 days!
