High quality collagen. Love the inclusion of all the Types 1-3. Got it on special which also made it worth the while. Love to dissolve in my morning coffee. Makes it creamy and I won't forget to use it. I have hypothyroidism and after a week's use I noticed my skin looking better. In the long run it should help with degeneration of joints in my back. But I have noticed that I am not as stiff in the mornings. Overall a fantastic product.
Have been using the harvest table collagen granules for a while and tried the multi Collagen now. It seems to not have a certain flavour but still makes the coffee taste not right. Myself as well as my partner can’t drink it because we start to feel nauseous and unwell. We don’t have any food allergies.
