I love the packaging and branding of this product. It is a good, eco-friendly alternative to commercial TP. However, it isn't as soft as the commercial brands and a bit tougher to tear. It is also relatively expensive compared to existing brands, but that is to be expected.
One buys this product because of it's eco-friendliness. However, this product is not luxurious or as soft as its commercial counterparts. I don't mind so much because I know it's good for the planet, but just be warned it's not baby soft, despite the high price tag. It's not bad, just not luxurious. I still buy it regularly.
Its quite harsh on the bottom, not gonna lie, but overall a great product and a great initiative. I would buy again
