Directions
- Gently remove the plug on the underside of the inhaler & pour about 1Tbsp coarse Himalayan crystal salt into the inner cavity. Replace the plug.
- Place your mouth around the mouthpiece at the top of the salt inhaler, & inhale normally.
- Exhale through your nose (or remove the salt inhaler from your mouth to exhale from your mouth).
- Use your salt inhaler for 5-10 minutes, 3 times a day.
Care Instructions
- The inhaler is recommended for use by only one person.
- Replace salt if it becomes damp or dusty. Do not add water.
- Store in a dust-free space & cover the mouth-piece when not in use.

I find this product SUPER THERAPEUTIC! I use it for the benefits it boasts, but also because I find it very relaxing and great for pranayama or breathing meditations.
I have asthma and sinusitis. I used this on a day when my asthma was triggered. My inhaler was not effective. Wow, this does help! I was pleasantly surprised and will use it again for immediate relief.
sorted out a congested, paining chest in 1 day! I add a drop of specific essential oil into the salt to help even more. definitely worth a try.
The quality of the ceramic container is great; the product works well but presentation and packaging was disappointing - the sticker on it could be improved and rather have an embossed or painted label as this would improve the aesthetics of it.

My six year old son started using the Himalayan salt inhaler last year and he has never had an asthma attack since. Whenever i feel that his chest is a bit tight, i just give it to him to use for just 5 minutes and it's bye bye asthma attack.
