Myself 43 yrs old female and my son 18yrs old been taking this product for past week ( even though he insists we should try the resin:-) . So far havent felt very sluggish or the tiredness that i normally feel when im on off days ( work shifts ) .
My son is in matric and so far havent had any side effects - and using it to assist for allround wellbeing and memory boost with lions mane mushrooms pills.
4 stars for now , will give another review after a month.
Even though I've only been using it for four days, my natural energy has noticeably increased. Even though I still need to snooze, I'm more motivated and can recall things more readily when I'm out and about. I simply feel really good about myself overall. For my health, this was the best decision I have ever made!
