Directions

Use a sterilised pump.
Place the top of the pump over your nipple. Make sure your nipple is comfortably in the neck of the pump.
Apply suction (you may need to adjust the pump a couple of times).
Tip: Squeeze the base of the pump to create movement.
Tip: If needed, place a warm flannel on top of your breast & gently massage, to stimulate milk flow.
Once milk begins to flow, simply leave the pump in place until full.
Once the pump is full, empty the milk into a glass storage bottle & reposition.
Can be used while your child is feeding on your other breast, to collect all milk which would otherwise go to waste.

Care Instructions

This product can be sterilised with boiling water, or any steam sterilising system.
Do NOT use any bleach-based agents to clean your Haakaa products.

Absolutely great product! It has saved me from engorged breasts and helped me build a stock of milk without expressing yet. It's a must have and it's so easy to use and to clean. All I need now is the stopper to close it.

Wish I had found this pump with my first child! So easy to use and I get about the same result as my Avent pump but without the chords and noise. Nice and discreet. So easy to just pop in the fridge between uses for the day. I bought one without a lid and my Avent pump flange lid fits very well on top, but I would recommend buying the lid if you don't have something to close it with, otherwise it needs to be emptied into a bottle after each use (a lid allows you to be lazy and just put in the fridge to empty later)

The best decision that I've ever made!!! When my manual breastpump was not a pleasure to use because it was really painful and the amount of milk that i collected left me frustrated because it wasn't a lot, i started googling alternatives to pumping and came across a video review of the Haka and i was blown away. I'm definitely going to recommend this product to a friend of mine who is currently pregnant! Best product ever!
