Directions

Cinnamon should be kept in a tightly sealed glass container in a cool, dark and dry place. Kalyan’s ground cinnamon will keep for about six months, but you can extend its life by storing in the refrigerator. If your cinnamon stops smelling sweet, it is no longer fresh and should be discarded.

One might think, "Cinnamon is cinnamon, they're all the same - brand doesn't matter."Well, it does! Good Life Organic cinnamon is SO good, the smell tells you it's the best.

After finding out that regular cinnamon (not Ceylon cinnamon) can be harmful if consumed in excess due to toxins, I immediately placed an order for this product. I love it! It is much stronger than ordinary cinnamon, so just be careful not to use too much at once. It's great because a little goes a long way!

This is the only cinnamon I trust and enjoy. It's sweeter and tastes much better with a lovely fragrance to it. If it is not Ceylon Cinnamon, it's not true cinnamon

The product itself is perfect and VERY potent - just keep in mind that there's a difference between "Cinnamon" and "Ceylon Cinnamon". Someone informed me recently that the latter is apparently the real thing and normal "Cinnamon" is not quite the same. In future, I'll be ordering their "Ceylon Cinnamon"
