Suggest Use: for 3% strength (30ml to 1000ml’s or 15ml’s to 500ml water in a hand-pump atomizer) include: sterilisation and chemical detoxification of fruit and vegetables, crockery, cutlery, chopping boards and kitchen sinks and household surfaces followed by rinsing, however fruits and vegetables, should be rinsed within 3-5 minutes.
Warning:
- Never consume in an incorrectly diluted state.
- Avoid all and any direct contact with the eyes.
- Avoid direct contact with the skin if in an undiluted form.
- In the event of contact with the eyes continuously & thoroughly rinse the eyes and immediately consult your doctor.
Care Instructions:
- Keep away and well out of reach of children.
- Avoid any direct sunlight storage.
- Store upright in fridge for short term storage and in the freezer for long term storage.

Excellent product! I have always been a strong believer in the value of the use of Hydrogen Peroxide for the body and when I became aware of this product offering on F2N's site, I was thrilled. I have been drinking this daily and have experienced a marked difference in the bronchitis-type symptoms I'd been having in my chest. Would recommend it to anyone!
Although this product has many great virtues, we discovered another very helpful attribute. my nephew has regular nose bleeds and as anyone one knows it is not easy to get blood stains out especially when they have dried. enter this AMAZING PRODUCT! just rub it on (use gloves cos it burns your skin bit) and watch the stain literally disappear! Amazing!
I cant say that it made me feel better or worse, however I am not completely sold on the hype on food grade Hydrogen peroxide. I will try and finish it, but it wont be on my to buy list again.
I purchased this to help with digestive issues, but then did quite a bit of research on the internal consumption of hydrogen peroxide. After reading about it, I decided against using it internally because there's very mixed reviews about it's safety. It would have been nice if FTN had written something about this in the product review. I wouldn't have purchased it had I known it was so controversial. Be sure to do your homework before deciding to use this product. I now use it as a toilet cleaner just to use it up.
Please note - the dilution rate of H2O2 35% TO 3% IS NOT 30ml to a 1000ml. The 3% dilution rate is 1 part H2O2 to 11 parts water
If you want 500 ml 3% solution you would use 42 parts H2O2 to 462 parts water to give you 504ml. The dilution rate for a 1000ml would be 84ml H2O2 plus 924ml of water.
Please store the product in a dark place and do not screw the cap of the bottle with the diluted solution on tightly, just finger tight as pressure will build up.
Use purified or RO water to dilute as the Dihydrogen dioxide will try to oxidize any impurities in the water when you mix it.
