Sorry to be graphic, but to me this tasted like vomit. Waaaaayyyy too much cardamom, plus the sourness of the lemon peel creates an unholy concoction. I threw half of it away :(
The quality of the chocolate itself was good though, smooth and creamy.
Love this chocolate, it's soooo creamy and delicious!! The idea of a 'Blue Sweetmeat' is such a modern and innovative take on traditional Indian sweetmeats. The cardamom and lemon flavors work beautifully and the blue colour is insanel!
To keep it short and simple. It tastes like soap and is an insult to Indian Sweetmeats. Waaay too much cardamom and the combined flavour notes are an unpleasant surprise.
