Good to have a reliable source of Miso for my home. My housemates would prefer some more spices added (which they do themselves), I'm quite content with exactly how it is though. Healthy and yum snack for winter.
I enjoy a Miso soup now and again and this is quite delicious. A quick an easy drink, I find the Miso is very soothing and relaxing.
Really nice flavour, does need to be jazzed up a bit. Great with some mushrooms cooked in garlic, ginger, miso paste and tofu added.
