Directions:
- Pour contents into a bowl while stirring add water until desired consistency is reached.
- Alternatively, while stirring, add water directly to the bag until desired consistency is reached.
- Optional: add ½ a tablespoon of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Care Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dark place.
- Once opened, use within seven days.
- Reseal after opening or store in an airtight container.

I recently tried this product, it has a delightful lemon taste, but it lacks the expected garlic flavour. The texture is unpleasant, feeling like sand on the palate. Furthermore, the nutritional information is incorrect. The front of the package states 217 calories, while the nutritional table on the back shows 217 kj, which is different. This inconsistency leads to misinformation. 1 kj = 0.239006 calories.
Really easy to make, all you need is water. Different texture from fresh hummus but for something you can keep in the back of your cupboard or handbag for emergency snacks it's really good.
