I had many times heard about the benefits of fenugreek for breastmilk supply but didn try it until recently when my milk supply slowed once I returned to work after maternity leave. I wanted to continue to breastfeed my baby and so looked at options for stimulating milk supply. I decided to try the fenugreek caps and after a week saw a marked increase in my milk supply. I am a happy mom now able to produce enough milk for my babys needs and am continuing with the capsules.

I've used this product for well over a year and it has supported me during my breastfeeding journey and has amped up my milk supply.

I was a bit sceptical as to whether a natural product could have a significant effect, but was so surprised - such a quick & effective product for boosting milk supply! And one needs the quick turnaround when worrying about feeding your baby. Definitely recommended!
