Directions:

Rinse before first use. Use as an absorbent soft scrubber for dishes, pans, countertops and more. Once you’ve used your Hemp Dish Wash Scrubbie for the very last time, decompose its 100% natural fibres in a compost heap.

Care Instructions:

Always take care to dry the product after use.
For a deep clean: Pop it in the top rack of your dishwasher

Please Note: As this is a natural product, dishwashing will shorten its lifetime.

All sounds good and earth friendly but... I like the sponge side but the scrubby side... did whoever designed it use it on a regular basis to clean dishes? The scrubby side to me is like plastic with lots of resistance when I use it for light scrubbing... it doesn't slide easily as my previous green scrubby sponges do. Too much effort on every meal clean for me.

So pleased to find a natural alternative to scourers. However i wish it was slightly sturdier for baked on spots on pots

I'm not sure that scrubber is the best word to describe this sponge but it's still really useful. The one side has a bit more grip to it so I use it when I need a sponge with a little extra traction. I use it in conjunction with the All-Purpose Cellulose Sponges to wash dishes.

I have been struggling with the idea of buy commercial sponges because of their impact on the environment. I am so happy I found the Faithful to Nature environmentally friendly option. It cleans perfectly, has the feeling of a quality product and no scratching in sight. I now have peace of mind that I am doing that little bit extra for the environment just by shopping responsibly.
