Directions:
- Espresso Ground - Fine: Single(8 g): Brew for 25-30 seconds to reach 30 ml. Double (18 g): Brew for 25-30 seconds to reach 60 ml.
- Pour-over/Filter Ground - Medium: 2 x Heaped Scoops (30 g) to 500 ml water
- Plunger/French Press Ground - Coarse: 2 x Heaped Scoops (30 g) to 500 ml water, steep for 4 min, then plunge.
Care Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
- Once opened, store in an airtight container.

Great coffee! I love the packaging, it makes life easier:) also love that it is direct trade and is the same price or cheaper than most store-bought brands. I do wish they had a bigger size but I'll just order 2 next time.
