Eve’s Oolong tea is a natural, easy-drinking tea with floral, light and sweet flavours. Traditionally it is served without milk or sugar and can be enjoyed hot or cold. An iced oolong tea pairs well with melons or fresh citrus fruits, while a warm cup of oolong can be enjoyed alongside heavier dishes such as spicy curries or pastries.

Directions:

• Use one teabag per mug.
• Pour over hot water which is below boiling point.
• Infuse teabag for 3-5 minutes before removing and serving.
