I always describe these as grown up Rice Krispies. You experience the same type of the snap, crackle and pop noise but there is no added sugar to the product which is great! Reminds me of my childhood. I also love mixing this product with plain granola, yoghurt or sprinkling it on my oats.
I absolutely love the flavour and texture of these puffed grains. I add them to my granola in the morning to bulk up my meal and am especially hungry after a 2km swim every morning. These are certainly here to stay.
A bit chewy if eaten as is, but is amazing in baked goods and I love that it has different grains!
The puffed ancient grains is good for a snack and also goes well with granola even my cat and dog love it!
Interesting texture with the multi grains.
I add plain yogurt to soften the puffed grains
