A 15ml Tin of Earthway Infusions Mint Lip Balm for soft and kissable lips.

Beeswax: helps to reconstruct your skin and forms a protective barrier that keeps the moisture locked in.

Coconut oil: helpful in topical relief for skin disorders and after sun relief, through its cooling and soothing properties. Coconut oil is the richest plant-based source of lauric acid which is antibacterial and antiviral, and helps to defend the body against infections. The lipids in coconut oil are antimicrobial.

Sweet Almond Oil: contains vitamins A, B1,B2 and B6, and is extremely rich in vitamins E and K which makes it an excellent moisturiser for dry or inflamed skin. It is easily absorbed into the skin and even has a natural SPF of 5.

Please Note: Because the base oil is Coconut Oil, these products are to be stored in a cool place. With South African temperatures that fluctuate between regions, the salves and balms can be a tad bit harder in cooler regions, and softer in warm places. The shelf life should also be good for a year to 18 months if stored correctly.

The Earthway peppermint lip balm I received doesn't look like what is pictured here. Mine is a transparent Labello container with a piece of paper wrapped around in the inside, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. What is a bad thing to me is that this Earthway also feels like Labello. The application is hyper fast, which I don't like the feel of, and also makes me wonder if it requires frequent reapplication. If you're a huge fan of the Labello experience then you'll probably go mad for this, but personally, I prefer the Burt's Bees type feel (the gold standard imo) which the Simply Bee lip balm here on F2N comes remarkably close to.

This sits on your lips like a glossy balm. Incredibly long-lasting which was a huge surprise to me as a constant lip balm user since a child. Leaves lips nourished as well. Comes in a Labello/ lipstick style tube like shown for the lemon variety. Unfortunately mine has been heat exposed and has little coconut oil grains bits and doesn’t glide on easily from the tube. I normally hate applying with fingers but have been doing that and it melts onto lips easily then. Peppermint is nice and fresh but not overpowering and fades before the balm does. Ingredients on tube also includes Calendula oil.

So the most recent one I bought comes in the more common style packaging, and while it has the same ingredients, it is obviously in different ratios because it is a much thicker waxier balm. Before it was very melty so it did need improvement ( though was incredible on so that formula would make an amazing jar balm). This though leaves lips wrinkly/ feels thick and tight. Still live the pure peppermint smell.

I love this lip balm. It just glides on smoothly, and my lips feel moisturized for ages. The scent is very subtle. I buy it for my daughter too now, we both love it and will keep using it.
