Description

Ingredients:

  • Activated Buckwheat, Kalahari Salt, Ormus Minerals.

Simply Delicious Protein Balls Recipe
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 3 tbsp activated buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter (you could use cashew or any other nut butter as well)
  • 3-4 dates, soaked for least an hour (if possible)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 heaping tsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon

Directions
In a food processor, grind your almonds and buckwheat groats. Slowly add in your remaining ingredients until the mixture begins to clump and stick together. If your mixture is too dry, add a small splash of water or almond milk. Roll into 8-10 balls, sprinkle with cinnamon, and store in the fridge for up a week.

Enjoy crumbled over a bowl of oatmeal or simply on their own. Ensure to smile as you eat them..after all, you made them :)

This is a great alternative to rice or quinoa. Cooked up it makes a delicious roast veg salad. Or grind it for a gluten free flour which is great to bake with.
Love this product - I had it sprinkled over my fruit salad this morning with cacao nibs. I add this to granolas, salads, seed mixes, on top of smoothie bowls. So good - love the crunch!
I have it with my oats in the morning - it's nice. I recommend it - worth a try. For me it's just a bit expensive. I don't know what it would be like with soup or any other meal but i like the flavour.
This is a fantastic product that is a staple in many of meals from sweet to savoury! I can find any SA product on the market quite like it.
I add this to cereals and raw chocolate recipes and also just pour some in a bowl with cacao powder, honey and MCT oil for a delicious pre-run boost.
