- 300 mg Concentration: Apply 1 ml (30 drops) under the tongue or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed 2ml per day. Each ml delivers 10 mg CBD.
- 600 mg Concentration: Apply 0,5 ml (15 drops) under the tongue or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed 1 ml per day. Each ml delivers 20 mg CBD.

I just needed something for stress - I looked at all the CBD oils on FTN and decided to try the Crede 600mg. It's much cheaper than other 600mg strengths and it's in a 30ml bottle which is a decent size. Directions say to take 15 drops in the morning and 15 in the evening - I just take 10 drops every morning and I cannot believe the difference. No raging and stress at the office, I am SO CALM, I'm sleeping better at night, I feel like I have more energy at the gym, my heart rate has slowed down, I AM SO IMPRESSED! Thank you Crede and FTN x
It tastes horrid but u get used to the taste. It doesn’t make me sleep however I do feel more calmer and the quality of my sleep has improved when I do sleep
This is a waste of money. Im very disappointed in the product - it does nothing for me...I have been using CBD to help me sleep and ran out so bought this one. No effect. Also very concerned about the confusing dosage instructions: my bottle label says 15 drops twice a day (don't exceed 30 drops); FTN website says 7 drops twice a day (don't exceed 14 drops)!? What the hell? How can someone making health supplements do this? Sending a query to FTN support did not help either...they said 15 drops once a day. I also query why if the Sativa is supposed to help with sleep, one would want to take it twice a day? Just does not make sense.
I use the 300mg cbd oil. 0.5ml dosage, this helps me with anxiety and quiets the noise. I focus much better when working. Also provides a peaceful nights sleep, without waking during the night. Works great for headache related to sinus pain., for me.
I use the 600mg for sleeping at night .05ml to 1ml . It has helped me get off my sleeping tablets. Really helps.
