I already made two batches of greek yoghurt. Creamy galore....and without any unhealthy ingredients. Definately a must to have if you like plain yoghurt.
Made my first yoghurt and the result is very positive. Only problem is how to divide the culture in 50 equal portions, so we probably used to much for 1st litre, but result was great. Testing now with organic milk.
I'm highly disappointed. I don't understand. I followed directions. I first did it with almond milk nothing happened so I assumed I was wrong for using almond . So I tried full cream milk, bought everything I needed even the temperature thing. It didn't turn into yoghurt. I don't understand if the fault is on my side or it's the product. I wouldn't recommend it because of my experience but other people it worked reading other people's reviews. I hope getting the product after six days because of the pandemic didn't affect the product. The product says keep it in the fridge but I don't think it was kept on the fridge for few days before it got to me. I could be wrong if I am I will remove my review.
Despite all the bad reviews I still bought this as I could not find anything like it anywhere else. As said in other reviews, the instructions are unclear, contradictory even. The culture is small, and while I did get a batch out of using it (and using far more than reccomend...I think...again instructions unclear) I was not then able to make a new batch from that yoghurt, which is how it is supposed to work. After learning that I then bought an organic yoghurt (with live cultures and no thickeners) and had a better result following instructions I found online. So, don't waste your money on this, instead go buy the best quality yoghurt you can which will be a fraction of the price of this and go from there.
Elated to make my own yoghurt with this
