Directions:
- Steep in 250ml boiling water for 2 - 5 mins.

Oh my! ???? I love a bedtime tea and this is my new favourite, with a spoon of honey in the evening it calms, relaxes me and tastes soooo delicious. I order 3 boxes at a time as I never want to run out!
Lovely taste, calms and relaxes me before bed, I definitely sleep better after having a warm cup with honey. My favourite bedtime tea by far.
