About The Mother: You’ll notice wispy white strands forming in your Bragg ACV over time. The strands are known as the “mother” of vinegar; they are composed of natural carbohydrate and bacterial cells. This a really great product. Have been taking ACV for a few years but Braggs is light years better than any other I have tried. Worth every cent
This is by far the best apple cider vinegar I have tried. It is a bit pricey, but worth it given the mild flavour.
I bought this product after reading the Braags Apple Cider Vinegar book and their "miraculous" testimonies!
I recently bought two (500ml) bottles of the Braags apple cider vinegar for my annual detox and water fast. I have taken a lot of medicines over the past and as a result when fasting I used to taste certain medications. My tongue would be white coated and the fowl taste in my mouth would not go away. I decided to try this product this year to assist in the detoxification of my body after many years of ingesting various medications ( especially non-steroidal anti-inflammatories for my auto-immune condition). I found the product very cleansing. I'm taking 15mls of apple cider vinegar 3 times a day in 500mls water bottle. I also add either cayenne pepper, tumeric , or charcoal. This product is simply amazing. It is loaded with potassium ! Amazingly I feel like I've been eating! I have so much energy whilst water fasting with ACV. I had so much energy I've started exercising! During my previous fasts I have sometimes been unable to move around, feeling dizzy and weak all the time but this fast has been totally different. I think its the potassium. I also noticed a better muscle tone. Amazingly I'm not losing much muscle mass during the fast mostly fat. I had a lot of fat stored on my belly area and on my thighs. After using the apple cider vinegar for 10 days I had lost 12cm on my waist line and 8 cm on my thighs. I've been taking the product for 21 days now and I'm down one dress size ! The fowl taste in my mouth is much milder and the white coating on the tongue has reduced by about 45 percent and its no longer a thick coating on the tongue. Finally when I started taking this product I had an elevated blood pressure. After reading the Braags books I realised how my desire for salty foods was damaging my health. I often experience edema after consuming any food with high sodium content. What I noticed is taking 30mls of Apple Cider vinegar after eating salt clears the edema within a few hours. Since i started the water fasting all my joints are clearly defined there is no inflammation or swelling in my body. Its a wonderful light feeling. I am agile energetic and flexible! I just feel wonderful. Most importantly I see my blood pressure reducing every day! I can't wait to finish the second bottle and complete the fast! already I feel reborn. Thankyou for this miracle drink !

Using it as a toner for my face (50/50 water apple cider viniger dilute). One week and my pores are visible smaller. Would recommend!
