Oregano Oil from Botalife is made using steam distilled wild oregano, which is endemic to Turkey. It’s naturally high in a substance called carvacrol, which has excellent antibacterial properties. Oregano oil is a great antioxidant, antimicrobial oil that helps to boost the immune system and ward off colds.

Directions:
- External use: Dilute 5 drops in 15 drops of carrier oil like olive oil before applying topically.
- Internal use: Maximum recommended dose is 3-4 drops in 1 tsp (5ml) extra virgin olive oil, taken twice a day followed by a 200ml glass of water. (Heat sensation is normal, but if this dose is too strong for you start with 1 drop & build up over time.)

Excellent product, If I was given a choice to select only one item for my medicine chest, it will definitely be oil of oregano. I have recommended this to many of my friends
Contracted systemic Blastomyces fungal infection after a bathroom leak in the ceiling of a hotel in New York in November 2018: lungs, then long bones & meningitis (lost function or right side & uncontrolled seizures. Persistent IV & oral anti-fungal meds since resulting in stage 4 chrinic kidney disease. Two drops of this oil (one in food & other in 2l water per day reduced very painful hard growths (think size & texture of squash balls) under biceps within a week. Please get more asap.
Sho but it's strong! Even one drop in a glass of water burnt my lips if it touched them. Now I have one drop once a week in a teaspoon coconut oil. Clears phlegm from lungs.
This new batch is nothing like the old one, it smells like paraffin. I would normally not buy anything less than 10 bottle at a go, I know what I'm talking about. This one is super burning, please be cautious, more than the previous one. Amazingly the package is still the same, written distilled and 100%. Please don't buy, it smells the same way like the essential oil, which is normally another variation, not distilled. I am disappointed
VERY VERY Strong. I don't quite know how people ingest it TBH. I've tried the one drop in olive oil, and it burnt the heck out of my mouth. Then I licked my lips, and they wanted to depart from face. I wiped my eyebrow and it has slowly begun to peel from my face as I must've had some Oregano oil on my finger still. I've tried in water. I've tried in honey. I cannot get it in without some torture to body parts. I now have PTSD whenever I smell the oil!
