Directions:
- Use gentle, long sweeping strokes, apply light pressure on most of the body, especially the neck & chest.
- Start brushing at the bottom of your feet, moving upwards towards your heart.
- Use long sweeping strokes on your arms & legs.
- When brushing your arms, begin at the hands & work upwards towards your shoulders.
- Massage your stomach & buttocks in clockwise, circular motions.
- Body brush for 3 to 5 minutes, once or twice a week.
- You can use the brush with a natural soap in the shower or bath.
- After body brushing, wash off the remaining dry skin cells and finish the pampering session by applying a body moisturiser.

The brush is a great size for my hand and can be packed away. The handle in the middle of the brush allows me to apply even pressure when brushing over my skin. It doesn't hurt or irritate my skin, and I feel great afterwards.
Love this product. Bristles are hard enough to allow blood flow when dry brushing and the shape of the brush is very user-friendly.
This is a great quality product. It's a good size for body brushing, the natural bristles are firm but not hard at all. It works really well. The wood is not bamboo, but beech( I think) but that's ok. I've tied a thin rope around the handle for hanging up. Recommend this product.
It’s the first time I’m using a brush with this type of handle and it’s very comfortable. The bristles are nice and firm and I love how it feels in my skin. (Was very sensitive at first but my skin adjusted quickly and I now enjoy the feeling)
