This product does not work at all One night I tried 2 capsules and I still lied awake I have never done this before But I think in this case is to ask for money back. It could be that it is bad batch

I have used this product and it makes my night even worse than it normally is. I got absolutely no sleep and could not even fall asleep. It was as though it was a brain activator or stimulant. Don't recommend it at all and it's so expensive you would think it would work

Not a miracle cure for insomnia, but I have found I fall asleep easier and have a more restful sleep most nights. Whether it's placebo effect or the real deal, who knows, it has made my insomnia more manageable so I say it's worth it
