the jury is still out for me. I need more than 5 drops and I still wake up some nights but then I falls asleep quickly so maybe. need to give it more time I think. its not cheap so I hope it does really work
I’ve been taking 20 drops in the evening after weaning off sleeping tablets for 8 nights in a row now. My sleep improved very gradually over the first 4 nights. From the 5th night I started to get a good 7 hours or so of sleep. That’s a huge improvement for me as even on sleeping pills I was only getting 5 or 6 hours on a “good” night.
